We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Fine Dining Bartender/Server in our upscale neighborhood seafood restaurant. This position involves providing top-notch service, crafting exceptional beverages, and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Bartending Expertise:
• Skillfully prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, wines, and other beverages.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our drink menu and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Customer Service:
• Deliver personalized and attentive service to guests, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
• Take food and drink orders with precision and accuracy.
• Table Service:
• Serve food courses and beverages to guests, ensuring timing and presentation meet the restaurant's high standards.
• Provide detailed explanations of menu items, including specials and recommendations.
• Upselling and Specials:
• Promote specials, upsell menu items, and encourage guests to explore our diverse offerings.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless communication and a coordinated dining experience.
• Pooled Tips:
• Participate in a house-pooled tips system to foster teamwork and ensure fair compensation for all staff members.
• Shift Management:
• Adhere to the restaurant schedule, including evening shifts and weekends. (Note: The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.)
• Responsible Service:
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption, adhere to responsible service guidelines, and report any signs of intoxication.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender and Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of seafood and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• AZ Food Handlers and Title 4 Alcohol certifications
