Maizano is Hiring a Server assistant Near Costa Mesa, CA
Maizano in Costa Mesa's new food hall concept by Northgate Market, and is looking for experienced Servers Assitants to join the team!
Maizano will boast a menu that celebrates the diverse culinary heritage of Mexico with an extensive tequila and mezcal selection and an array of handcrafted cocktails an extensive Mexican wine list
Looking for Friday-Sunday availabilities.
Some Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- assist by anticipating any server or guest needs.
- perform proper water service to guests.
- resetting tables with fresh settings.
- bussing and clearing tables throughout service.
- refilling all server station needs.
- maintain a clean workspace.
- checking restrooms for cleanliness.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in high volume restaurant
- Must be able to follow direction and communicate effectively
- Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
- Personable, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
- Spanish speaking a plus
Requirements
- Valid Food Handler
- Knowledge of basic allergens
- Able to stand for long hours,
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
