Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Operations Assistant to join our team. The Field Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, physical labor and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Quality

• Set up all sites: equip each with safety data sheets, supplies and equipment. Maintain stock onsite and in storage
• Keep inventory of storage unit supply
• Keep inventory of rental equipment
• Purchase and deliver requested items

Field & Employee Operations

• Coordinating labor needs and communicate with manager
• Guide and assist others on the work assignments
• Daily communication with office and manager (e.g., call outs, complaints, questions, praises)
• Assist in employee reviews
• Helping to capture T&M work while doing contracts

Safety Control

• Attend safety meetings
• Read, update, and inform staff on all SDS (Safety Data Sheets) for products we use
• Train employees on site and manager of safety data
• Train leads on job safety hazards

Qualifications:

• Handyman experience/skills strongly preferred
• Computer literacy
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in office management or administrative support roles is preferred
• Preferably Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay: $63,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
