We are looking for a Junior IT Technician with a passion for helping others and who wants to grow alongside MaintainX.

What you'll do:

• Offering remote and on-site technical support and information to users
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware
• Maintaining hardware and software inventory
• Installing and upgrading security systems to ensure network security
• Maintaining relationships with different employees and departments
• Help the operation team support the office in Raleigh

About you:

• Good knowledge of computers and their components
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTPS, 802.1x)
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to prioritize tasks when under pressure
• Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Familiar with Windows and macOS
• A technical degree in computer science technology or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Extra consideration for candidates with the following:

• Familiar with Linux operating systems
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions
