As a Field Coordinator, your job is to to run and manage Get Out the Vote campaigns for critical races. Hiring in the Wilmington, Charlotte, Greensboro, Rocky Mount and Johnston-Wake County areas. This is a critical year in North Carolina politics, and we are looking for energetic, reliable team leaders with a passion for politics and experience in political races.

Field Coordinators are needed to recruit and manage a team of door canvassers and field staff, providing them with training, logistical/technical support, and helping them as needed. In addition to managing the campaign, you will go door-to-door in support of conservative candidates, using our Voter Gravity app on your cell phone, conducting brief surveys and handing literature to voters. Training will be provided. Must be independent, trustworthy, and have transportation.

This is a 1099, salaried position which requires 29 work hours per week, running from early June to Election Day 2024. Mileage and meals will be reimbursed.
