MainStreet Bank is Hiring a Client Relationship Specialist Near Sterling, VA

Description

Summary:

  •  Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing and new Avenu FinTech and Money Service Business Clients. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship needs of Avenu Clients.
  • Proactively communicate with clients on banking accounts and banking functions.
  • Compile banking documentation for new accounts – follow the bank’s process to open new bank accounts.
  • Work with the Client and bank departments to set up Treasury Services.
  • Trouble shoot any banking issues with the client.
  • Be a Brinks liaison for the client and Bank.
  • Work with Avenu compliance department on any BSA AML issues.
  • Assists in product and service development to ensure customer satisfaction and financial institution profitability.
  • Ensures that customers meet expectations outlined in customer agreements such as balance and fee requirements.
  • Assist the Avenu Sales team when ever needed.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum two years prior experience in the banking or financial industry, to also include Retail/customer service, previous experience with FinTech’s or Money Service Businesses a plus.
  • Experience with Jack Henry Silverlake a plus.
  • Basic understanding of financial institution policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of Bank’s products and services, to include but not limited to ACH, Wires, Debit Cards, Brinks Cash Services REG E.
  • Must have strong relationship building and customer service skills experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work on projects independently.
  • Able to be flexible and move from project to project with little notice. 
  • Be a Team Player and communicate effectively with all departments of Avenu and the bank.
