Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a polite manner.
• Answer questions or make recommendations regarding food, beverage, and general hotel questions.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders; enter orders into point-of-sale system.
• Deliver guest orders in an efficient and timely manner.
• Observe guest dining experience; fulfill any additional guest requests.
• Prepare final bill, collect, and process payment.
• Assist with upkeep of restaurant; clear and reset tables, perform side work throughout shift.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
