DESCRIPTION:
The Quality Analyst will provide project support for change and performance improvement initiatives across Mainstay. The primary responsibilities of this position will be: assimilating knowledge of and using Mainstay’s quality and health data IT systems and platforms, assimilating knowledge of quality and health metrics, and collecting, recording, tracking, and communicating data-driven quality and performance measurements to stakeholders. The Quality Analyst will also create data reports and data visualization, perform various quality audits using random sampling techniques, assist in the development of essential organizational documents such as SOPs and workplans, learn the electronic health record (Therap), the Heath Risk Screening Tool (HRST) system, and the Business Intelligence (BI) system. They will also assist the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement in process improvement, among other responsibilities related to quality and performance improvement. The Quality Analyst serves as a member of the Quality & Performance Improvement team providing support to serve the mission of Mainstay; to provide life-long, high-quality support services, ensuring that people with intellectual disabilities and autism lead fulfilling lives.
