This person is responsible for the day-to-day operations of their assigned simulation program(s) and the associated physical space(s). Day-to-day operations includes but is not limited to: capacity analysis of resources, scheduling, and budgeting. As the administrative lead for their assigned simulation program(s), this person is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff performance while monitoring and measuring program quality. This individual will work with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual goals and customer objectives while leading their team through strategically aligned annual goal setting - monitoring, adjusting, and reporting as needed on progress towards those goals. This person partners with other leaders and stakeholders to operationalize the strategic vision of their assigned program and ensure alignment with overall departmental strategic vision.
