Summary
The Simulation center at MaineHealth seeks an administrative lead for all simulation programming at MaineHealth. This person is responsible for oversight of operations, fiscal and resource management and policies/procedures. As a representative and ambassador for Simulation programming, this person plays a critical role in seeking out, establishing, and maintaining relationships/partnerships with stakeholders and potential/future customers. Through innovation and creativity, this person leads operational and production teams through strategic planning and change management. Under general direction and guidance of an Administrative Director, this person works collaboratively as a member of the Simulation Leadership team to facilitate the integration, management, and data needs for Simulation services. Works collaboratively with others to assist in strategic planning and project management for departmental initiatives. Conducts programmatic analysis for all existing and new services in the department. Develops and monitors departmental budgets, billing and preparation of variance reports, including cost modeling, providing recommendations for potential funding streams and maintains budget compliance.
