Responsibilities: Leadership Support: Provide essential administrative support to HomeCare and Hospice leaders, contributing to the overall success of our team. Meeting Coordination - Efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings, and manage agendas, minutes, and materials. Task and Project Prioritization: Showcase your ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, ensuring everything is completed on time and contributing to the smooth running of our operations. Vendor Management: Manage contracts with vendors, ensuring timely renewal and insurance verification. Staff Support: Provide valuable administrative support to our team, serving as a resource and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. Qualifications: Experience: Experience in office coordination or similar roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Customer Service Skills: Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
