Job Description: Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)/Driver - Gray Birch Residential Unit Join the compassionate team at MaineGeneral Health and contribute to our mission of enhancing the health of our patients, families, and communities every day. Position Overview: Role: Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA)/Driver Location: Gray Birch Residential Unit, Augusta, Maine Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hrs/wk Job Description: As a CRMA at Gray Birch, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing high-quality care and medication administration under the supervision of registered nurses. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents by assisting with their medication needs and ensuring a safe and orderly environment. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications to residents as per physician's orders. Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical, mental, and emotional conditions. Perform basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents. Qualifications: Current Maine CRMA certification is required. Personal Support Specialist (PSS) certification, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire. Valid Maine state driver's license with acceptable driving record required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification is preferred. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
