Description
The RN Supervisor is a professional nursing, administrative, and clinical position with the responsibility of ensuring the optimal health and functional status of all residents in the facility. The supervisor oversees and assists all nursing service personnel to meet the needs of each resident in accordance with MVH policies and procedures, current federal, state, and local regulations, and VA standards governing the facility. This is a 36 hour per week position, 3p-11p evening shift with every other weekend 7a-7p.
Required Experience:

Requirements
Experience or training in areas such as geriatrics, rehabilitation, education and psychiatric nursing desirable. Experience or training with and ability to organize, direct, and supervise nursing and other allied health personnel to meet the total needs of the residents a plus.
Education
Successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse in good standing with a current and valid State of Maine RN License.
