Position Summary: The Director of Marketing & Communications will create and execute plans in support of MVH strategic plan. This includes providing system-wide guidance and support for internal and external communications for public relations, development, advocacy, crisis control, and all aspects of marketing. MVH’s Communications Director will direct proactive and responsive strategic communications and marketing, and manage campaigns to engage, educate and inform key stakeholders, including MVH residents and families, team members, the MVH Board of Trustees, media, and industry stakeholders and partners. Marketing efforts should reinforce MVH brand and support key efforts to recruit staff and drive admissions. Because of the Communications Director’s efforts, MVH is able to effectively communicate and clarify our MVH Mission and strategic objectives to internal and external audiences. This position operates at both the strategic and tactical levels to deliver marketing and communications support.
