We are seeking a CRMA/PSS for our Residential Care Village, "Independence Way".

These are exciting times at our Augusta Home as we have just moved into our new state-of-the-art facility. MVH-Augusta is making history, as we are the first of its kind in Maine to deliver long-term care through the small house model.

What is the small house concept?

It is a distinctively different approach to long-term care, de-institutionalizing the nursing home to self-contained, functioning units, called houses. Residential Care will have two houses, with 15 residents in each house. All rooms are private with full baths, and every house has a shared living room, dining room, den, and kitchen.

The new facility features a therapy pool, rehabilitation gymnasium, resident spas, library, and outdoor amenities. Our Community Center will include a beauty/barber shop, bank, ice cream parlor, Veterans' Club, children's area, movie theater, and bistro.

Required Experience:

Candidates must possess a dual certification including a current 40-hour CRMA and PSS, DSP, or CNA.
