Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects to support the sales team.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track and manage leads
- Engage in warm calling techniques to establish rapport with prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Assist in developing strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or lead generation
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with technical sales and business development processes
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
