Positions Summary:
The Unit Manager RN or LPN is responsible for working with a supportive management team and rotating call schedule. Responsibilities include the planning, assignments, implementations and evaluations of direct resident care on unit including the training and supervision of staff, communication with physicians, family members and staff. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations governing Long Term Care facility operations.
