Mail Management Services is Hiring a Site Manager - Memphis, TN Near Memphis, TN
Experience / Background:
- At least 2 years of VERIFIABLE commercial driving experience
- Possess valid CDL A
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- No felonies or DUIs/DWIs within the last five years
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting and pushing/pulling wheeled carts up to 100lbs
- Must pass a DOT Physical and Pre-employment drug test (company paid)
- All drivers are required to pass company sponsored defensive driving training as well as pass monthly safety training
- Paid Time Off after one (1) year (retain PTO date if coming from another mail carrier)
- 11 paid federal holidays
- Direct deposit
- 401(k) available after 90 days
- Paid Orientation
- Benefits after 30 days (spouse and family coverage available) - medical, dental, vision and life insurance also available.
Job Requirements:
Starting Pay: $80,000-$85,000 annual salary
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Must be always available by phone!

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of management experience preferred.
- Drivers must arrive on time daily.
- Drivers must inspect the truck before, during, and after the run for problems. (pre-trip/post-trip) (DVIR) Notify the local operations manager of any issues.
- Complete job daily within guidelines of company procedures and policies, as well as federal and state regulations of operating motor vehicles.
- Report any delays (weather, traffic, breakdowns) that will interfere with on-time arrival at postal facilities.
