We are looking for an Inventory and Part assistant to monitor and report on the company’s inventory and responsible for managing all in-bound and out-bound catalog. A successful Inventory and Part assistant is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. They possess attention to detail and a business mindset. The goal is to ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives. This position requires working knowledge of manufacturing or production industry

Skills

• Monitor the inventory levels and database
• Source new suppliers that are cheaper or have better quality
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Place orders to replenish stock and avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
• Thorough knowledge of department processes

Requirements

• A high school qualification or equivalent
• Prior experience in a relevant field such as manufacturing or Production industry
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of inventory monitoring practices
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
