We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consumer Protection Lawyer to join our legal team. As a Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters. Responsibilities:
- Debt Settlement

-Consumer Law Protection

- Represent Client if creditor sues

- Sue for inaccurate information

- Delete aggreement to collection

- Bankcruptcy

-Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings
- Provide legal administrative support, such as maintaining case files and managing deadlines
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop effective legal strategies

Skills:
- Strong legal drafting skills with the ability to write clear and concise documents
- Proficient in conducting thorough legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Ability to litigate cases effectively in court
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the state bar association and licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in Consumer Protection Law
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes
