Overview:

We are seeking a Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, especially Sushi and Tapas and be able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

-Greeting customers upon arrival at the restaurant

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Memorizing the food menu and Beer / Wine and Sake list

- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs and setting tables throughout the shift

-Carrying drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables

- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

- Create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons

Requirements:

- Previous experience in serving or bartending

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

-Ability to use any credit card processing machines, cash register, and touch screen monitors

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Understanding of food handling and safety regulations

-Knowledge of Sushi, Japanese Beers/Wine, and Sake

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
