Job Responsibilities:

As a Server at Caja Caliente, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival.
• Providing detailed explanations of the menu items, including specials and ingredients.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders from customers and ensuring timely delivery to their tables.
• Recommending dishes and beverages based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Processing payments and handling cash and credit transactions efficiently.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and work stations.
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Cuban cuisine and a passion for sharing it with others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
