As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in initiating, communicating, and executing projects. Your responsibilities will include initiating, planning, and following the project to completion, as well as coordinating communication and scheduling with customers and agents. You will act as a central point of contact for users, providing updates, following up with agents and end users, and ensuring timely execution of IT projects in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Spearhead various projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Cross-Team Coordination
• Stakeholder Communication



Expectation Management:

Manage stakeholders' expectations throughout the project.

Feedback Gathering: Obtain and use stakeholders' feedback to improve project performance.

Qualifications:

• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• 3 years managing IT related projects.



Skills:

• Strong knowledge of new technologies and software, and the ability to apply this knowledge in project development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must be available to drive between our locations.
