The Mahaska County YMCA is looking for a reliable individual to join our team as an afternoon/evening member services coordinator. This is a full-time job 8-3 and/or 2-9 pm M-F. Under the direction and supervision of the Membership & Marketing Director, the primary responsibilities of this position are providing quality member services. The position may be responsible for sourcing, scheduling, and supervision of the member services staff.

The qualified candidate:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Will have a proven record of multi-tasking and cooperation with the ability to stay focused.
• Have good judgment along with excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and have a high level of tact and integrity.
• Be able to manage diverse situations in a fast paced environment.
• Learn and be proficient with the YMCA software.
