MAHAN Healthcare Business Advisors is Hiring a Dental Business Assistant Near Nashville, TN
Responsibilities:
- Answer all inbound and outbound calls.
- Schedule Patient appointments, and/or Follow up on appointments.
- Assist in managing Doctor and Hygiene schedules.
- Greet Patients and check out Patients.
- Maintain Office records.
- Documenting patient dental treatments and transactions.
- Following office procedures for patient referrals and scheduling of office appointments.
- Orders office and administrative supplies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Dental experience required, 2 years.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members.
- Great administrative organizational skills.
- Friendly, positive demeanor with Patients and Dental office team members.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
- Eaglesoft Knowledge, preferred.
- Impeccable Customer Service Skills.
Full-time. Permanent Position.
