Indoor Work & Cooled in the summer. Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Full Time - 40 hours/week). Optional Mon- Thur 7-4:30 and Friday 7-11

OT at 1.5 pay rate when available or required

Starting pay $22-25 per hour, and possibly rising... Avg pay after being a fully trained team member and possible promotion $30 - 35/hr which includes production bonus & Benefits. PLUS Paid Holiday & Vacation, Health Care Insurance reimbursement plan, 401K matching plan, & sick pay. All Benefits after time required.

Job Functions necessary but not limited to:

Build and install interiors (Walls, lighting, flooring, plumbing, etc.)- Install cabinetry in trucks/vehicles- Assist Team Manager in all aspects of work as needed- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE with hand tools and good work ethic and willing to learn
• Comfortable using hand tools, etc.
• Excellent math skills required (measuring tape skills, fractions, etc.)
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to follow multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as Good listening skills
• Ability to maintain a regular and reliable attendance record
• Ability to read floor plans (can be learned/trained)
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking in English as well as consistent legible writing skills
• Ability to interact with co-workers and supervisors in a cooperative manner

Abilities Required:

• Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds as needed, independently
• Ability to work alone or with others in a team environment
