Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate at Magnolia Supply, you play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of the warehouse. Your responsibilities encompass managing inventory, receiving deliveries, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure that products are correctly picked, packed, and shipped.

-Oversee the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and office environment.

-Audit incoming and outgoing shipments, including checking for accuracy and completeness.

-Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

-Load orders into customer's vehicles

-Deliver customer orders and products

-Follow quality control measures to ensure that products meet company standards.

-Conduct random quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.

-Collaborate with the warehouse manager to address any issues promptly.

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
-Preferably 2 years' experience in warehouse environment

-Ability to work responsibly under minimal to no supervision

-Experience operating a forklift is preferred and a plus.

-Truck driving experience or ability to drive box truck with “F” endorsement a plus

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

-Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

-Knowledge of OSHA regulations for warehouse safety
