We are currently seeking applicants for Lead Teller.
Qualified Candidates will be responsible for:
  • Delivering superior customer experiences to include answering phones and greeting customers.
  • Processing all types of transactions on the Teller Line using teller system and teller capture technology. (Includes operation and balancing of teller cash drawer nearly every day.)
  • Ensuring Teller Line adherence to all Bank procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Coaching tellers to promote development and improve performance.
  • Performing ATM balancing, vault functions and banking center audits in coordination with the Service Banker.
  • Opening and closing banking center in a safe and secure manner, following Bank operating procedures.
  • Assuming full responsibility for the banking center in the absence of Banking Center Management.
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of all Bank personal and non-personal deposit account products and related services.
  • Opening and closing personal and non-personal deposit accounts, safe deposit boxes, debit cards, etc.; building relationships with new customers to promote customer engagement.
  • Actively seeking cross-sell opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
  • Assisting customers with deposit accounts and related services.
Candidates must also be able to demonstrate:

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate in a Windows environment
  • 2 years’ experience in a retail banking environment
  • 1 years’ experience opening deposit accounts.
This position reports to the Banking Center Manager & Service Banker.
