Magnolia Bank is Hiring a Lead Teller Near Hodgenville, KY
- Delivering superior customer experiences to include answering phones and greeting customers.
- Processing all types of transactions on the Teller Line using teller system and teller capture technology. (Includes operation and balancing of teller cash drawer nearly every day.)
- Ensuring Teller Line adherence to all Bank procedures and compliance regulations.
- Coaching tellers to promote development and improve performance.
- Performing ATM balancing, vault functions and banking center audits in coordination with the Service Banker.
- Opening and closing banking center in a safe and secure manner, following Bank operating procedures.
- Assuming full responsibility for the banking center in the absence of Banking Center Management.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of all Bank personal and non-personal deposit account products and related services.
- Opening and closing personal and non-personal deposit accounts, safe deposit boxes, debit cards, etc.; building relationships with new customers to promote customer engagement.
- Actively seeking cross-sell opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
- Assisting customers with deposit accounts and related services.
- Dedication to delivering excellent customer experiences
