- Delivering superior customer experiences.
- Providing leadership and direction to banking center employees; evaluating and improving banking center employee performance.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of all Bank deposit account products and related services.
- Opening and closing personal and non-personal deposit accounts and safe deposit boxes; building relationships with new customers to promote customer engagement.
- Actively seeking cross-sell opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
- Performing account maintenance as requested by customers.
- Assisting customers with deposit accounts and related services.
- Adhering to all Bank procedures and compliance regulations.
- Maintaining oversight of the teller line.
- Answering telephone calls, greeting customers, submitting reports, ordering checks and related supplies for customers, etc.
- Assisting with banking center operations such as ATM balancing, vault functions, opening and closing procedures, and audits.
