We are currently seeking applicants for Service Banker.
Qualified Candidates will be responsible for:
  • Delivering superior customer experiences.
  • Providing leadership and direction to banking center employees; evaluating and improving banking center employee performance.
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of all Bank deposit account products and related services.
  • Opening and closing personal and non-personal deposit accounts and safe deposit boxes; building relationships with new customers to promote customer engagement.
  • Actively seeking cross-sell opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
  • Performing account maintenance as requested by customers.
  • Assisting customers with deposit accounts and related services.
  • Adhering to all Bank procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Maintaining oversight of the teller line.
  • Answering telephone calls, greeting customers, submitting reports, ordering checks and related supplies for customers, etc.
  • Assisting with banking center operations such as ATM balancing, vault functions, opening and closing procedures, and audits.
Candidates must also be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong interpersonal skills; outgoing and friendly personality

  • Knowledge of banking regulations
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate in a Windows environment
  • 4 years’ experience in a retail banking environment
  • 3 years’ experience opening deposit accounts.
This position reports to the Banking Center Manager & Service Banker.
