**REQUIRES a Airframe and Powerplant License**
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing aircraft structures, engines, and systems to ensure airworthiness.
**Duties:**
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot aircraft systems
- Perform maintenance tasks including engine checks, repairs, and component replacements
- Adhere to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company procedures
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and make necessary repairs
- Use power tools for equipment repair and maintenance
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Perform heavy lifting as required during maintenance procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in aircraft maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards
- Ability to weld and fabricate when necessary
- Familiarity with militarized aircraft maintenance practices is a plus
- Proficiency in troubleshooting aircraft systems
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems and components
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
