Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team for a 3-month contract assignment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for our clients. Responsibilities:

- Assist with job postings on various job boards and social media platforms

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications

- Coordinate pre-employment background checks and drug screenings

- Assist with the preparation of offer letters and new hire paperwork

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

- Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

- 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role

- Proficient in HRIS systems

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
