Magic Dental is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Camden, NJ

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry tasks to update patient or client information
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with calendar management software and data entry systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic bookkeeping principles
- Previous experience with Dental management software (Dentrix) preferred
