Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, bar, or hotel. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing guidance and support
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee growth
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Utilize POS systems to manage transactions and generate reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance overall operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant, bar, or hospitality management is essential
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, beverage service, and customer service principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management
