TITLE: General Manager

DESCRIPTION:

At Red Effect Infrared Fitness, we provide a unique, technology driven, life changing approach to health and wellness. Our soon to launch Red Effect 24 studios provide you with the power of full-spectrum infrared therapy, heart rate monitoring, and ass-kicking virtual trainers, available with studio access via key card 24 hours a day. Speed up your recovery, flush toxins and torch calories quickly with infrared fitness.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide written fitness programming for short format group training workouts ranging in length of 10 - 30 minutes for all fitness levels. Including providing modifications for beginner and advanced members.

Fitness programming for multiple class concepts, including but not limited to Yoga, Cycling, Rowing, Pilates, Treadmills, strength training, stretching, HIIT.

Presenting fitness programming via filmed video with 2-3 additional trainers.

Hiring and training trainers to be camera ready for delivering high energy, electric workouts on film.

Coordination and implementation of Heart Rate monitor software within workouts and within our fitness studios.

Building and implementing in studio class schedules for filmed workouts.

Develop and implement new programs, policies, procedures, and goals within the fitness studios.

Conduct monthly fitness classes and challenges for studio members to drive member engagement.

Create a positive and encouraging environment for your staff and members. Build a community fueled by passionate fitness, results and life success.

Ensure and maintain a clean, neat and operational studio, including ensure all equipment is in working order.

Provide leadership and guidance to your studio staff regarding client interactions, sales, marketing, and operations.

Work with other departments to ensure the center is in compliance with all government regulations.

Other duties as assigned by management

Leading the team to drive scheduled appointments and membership sales while providing overall customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

· High School Diploma or GED.

· 2 years experience in group fitness training and class programing is required.

· A strong passion and capacity to train all fitness levels and knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics

· Demonstration of successful membership growth and lead generation in the fitness industry.

· Experience producing filmed fitness content and classes.

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule including occasional Saturdays or Sundays when needed.

· A natural hustle and grind focus to achieve goals and growth, personally and professionally without supervision.

· Ability to multitask while working under pressure.

· Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

· Valid and acceptable Certified Personal Trainers Certificate or a degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology preferred

· Valid CPR certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
