Magic Coil Products is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

Magic Coil Products is a growing and successful steel service center. We are family-owned and have been in business for over 20 years! We are currently in search for a qualified Inside Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team.

DAILY ACTIVITIES WOULD INCLUDE:

-Communication with customers to assess their needs.
-Evaluating and reporting inventory information to customers.
-Communication with outside sales representatives to coordinate customer service.
-Creation of sales orders and work orders.
-Coordinate customer requests with production and shipping.
-Complete purchase requisitions.

SKILL SETS INCLUDE:

-Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
-Organization skills a must.
-Courteous customer service by phone and email.
-Fluent in Excel.
-Able to handle stress and large work loads.
-Steel industry experience is a definite plus, but not required.
-Ability to learn quickly.

Pay will be commensurate with experience.

Work Location:

  • Office setting: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Ability to work remote one day a week (once fully trained)
