Position: Roofing Supervisor

Magallon's Roofing Inc. is in search of a capable and experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of our construction team across various projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in metal stud framing, frame carpentry, roofing, and related skills to the table.

Overview:

• Position Type: Paid, full-time
• Benefits: No Health Benefits currently provided
• Project Load: Currently executing 7-10 projects per week with 6 crews
• Company Vehicle: Available for work-related purposes

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and Manage Field Operations: Lead and supervise field operations for roofing projects, optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and Schedule Work Activities: Collaborate with project managers, inspectors, team members, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure Compliance with Safety & OSHA Regulations: Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations, promptly reporting any incidents to management.
• Monitor Project Progress: Keep close track of project timelines, making necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct Regular Site Visits: Perform inspections to maintain quality standards and provide on-site guidance and support to field staff.
• Job Completion Confirmation: Review completed work, conduct final walkthroughs with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction through surveys.
• Collaborate with Project Managers: Work closely with project managers to develop and implement project plans, providing input on timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Provide Guidance and Support to Field Staff: Mentor and support field staff, conduct training sessions to enhance skills, and foster a positive work environment.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Roofing Problems: Identify and resolve roofing-related issues promptly, collaborating with the team to find effective solutions.
