MAG Industries Ltd. is Hiring a Sales Representative Near Buckhannon, WV

THIS INDIVIDUAL SHOULD BE LOCATED IN WEST VIRGINIA!

Location: Buckhannon, WV (On-site or remote close by)

Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00


MAG Industries Ltd. is searching for an enthusiastic, confident, growth-oriented Inside Sales Representative to grow sales and maintain relationships. This position requires proactive contact with customers and effective communication skills while being aware of and responsive to customer needs.


Report to:
V.P. Sales Mid Atlantic


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in phone sales.
  • B2B inside sales preferred*
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection in a positive manner.
  • Maintain clear, concise records for all calls including discussions, follow up actions and results in our program.

Duties:

  • Outbound sales calls
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers using provided leads or contact lists.
    • Engage prospects in persuasive conversations, effectively presenting product features and benefits.
    • Customize sales pitches to address customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Relationship building
    • Build rapport and establish relationships with customers through effective communication.
    • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions that align with their needs.
    • Provide exceptional customer service & support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Closing
    • Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales over the phone.
    • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Ensure accurate and timely record of customer information, sales details, and interactions with our sales tools.
  • Continuous Learning
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends and competitive offerings.
    • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and techniques.
    • Adapt sales strategies based on feedback, coaching, and market insights.
