Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Field Support Representative to provide product development, training, and fielding to the Electronic Warfare Integrate (EWI) Product Office portfolio.
The position is located at Ft. Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.

The EW&C program delivers critical capabilities to counter current and future threats, enabling the next generation of warfighting capabilities from sensor to Soldier worldwide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to :
- Serve as a member of the Product Support Team; directly reporting to the Team Lead
- Create, develop, review, validate, verify, and update military training materials
- Develop, review, validate, verify, and update Materiel Fielding Plans
- Develop, review, validate, verify, and update MIL-STD Technical Manuals
- Develop, review, validate, verify, and update Training Conduct Support Packages
- Stay current on TRADOC Development and Instruction standards
- Support New Equipment Training (NET) / New Equipment Fielding (NEF) activities
- Develop and update the LandWarNet
- Monitor and manage Mission Command Support Center (MCSC) trouble tickets
- Incorporate lessons learned from NET / NEF and MCSC to enable modernization
- Support Software Qualification Testing / Software Acceptance Testing
- Support Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) activities
- Support Continuous Integration / Continuous Development pipeline activities
- Prepare and deliver military type briefings
- Prepare and deliver military type reports
- Prepare administrative or acquisition related documentation
- Assist with Total Package Fielding processes to include warehouse operations
- Collaborate and interact with other team members to identify and resolve issues
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Product Support Team Lead
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
- Must have system integration experience with military networks or Battle Command Systems (., AFATDS, JBC-P, DDS).
- Experience can be a combination of applicable military experience in the following Military Occupational Specialties : Electromagnetic Spectrum ManagerElectronic Warfare Officer / TechnicianField ArtilleryNetwork Technician
Clearance
Must have an active Secret Clearance
Experience
Ten (10) years minimum of related experience required.
Education
Bachelors Degree
Desired Requirements
- Certification in the TRADOC Common Faculty Development-Developer Course (CFD-DC).
- Certification in the TRADOC Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFD-IC).
- Certification in the TRADOC Training Development Capability (TDC).
- Expert communication skills both verbal / writing.
- Expert interpersonal / teamwork / coalition building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, conduct independent research, prepare reports, and create presentations.
- Digital organizational skills (Microsoft Office / Teams or product data management tools).
Other Qualifications
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must be willing to travel 50-90% Temporary Duty.
- Ability to work in office and field environments.
