POSITION OVERVIEW

As a NetSuite Implementation Project Manager Consultant, you will partner and collaborate with teammates cross-functionally to help define scope, present options, and facilitate the implementation of projects between internal and external partners. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a NetSuite Implementation Project Manager. We are moving from an out-of-date Epicor ERP solution into the latest NetSuite Cloud offering. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with positive energy, great people and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we are currently looking for someone who has a strong background with NetSuite implementations, support, and ERP Consulting. A NetSuite Project Manager is primarily responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of a greenfield NetSuite Cloud Implementation. This role guides business engagement to deliver a flexible and scalable solution. The project manager works collaboratively with teams to ensure client projects deliver project scope on time, on budget, and with high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will work in a team environment on NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects.

PAY RANGE:

$110/hr - $170/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, define, and drive end-user business requirements and systems goals
• Effectively negotiating scope and timeline with business leads to achieve high value project success
• Set and manage client expectations regarding project scope, change management, timelines, and communication
• Facilitate internal collaboration, teamwork, and project resourcing to meet commitments and objectives throughout various phases of the project
• Manage, track, and communicate multiple concurrent fast-moving phases of the project
• Anticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock teams and keep delivery on track
• Able to quickly assess situations, identify gaps and present possible solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 NetSuite Cloud implementations
• Understanding of business requirements and functional design documents
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to cater discussions from analyst positions to C-Suite
• Strong prioritization and communication skills
• Very strong Project Management skillset allowing for meeting cadences, project management structure documentation, reporting capabilities, KPI generation, and Executive output summary
• Ability to agilely move between concurrent project timelines and ensure successful overlap taking into account significant dependencies
