Summary:

Join us in our journey to define controls standards and roll out standardized controls, both financial and operational, for Maersk global operations for Maersk Ground Freight and E-Commerce, driven by data and process, while ensuring visibility and transparency! As a Process Transformation Manager, you will work in a global setting, with stakeholders from various Maersk teams, driving alignment for operational excellence and customer value creation.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, understand and map controls for current processes
• Prioritize technical development that is aligned with control priorities
• Develop valuation of impact of risks and controls
• Define roadmap to for the workflow to move to future state with risks and controls.
• Define automation possibilities to assist with current and future processes and metrics.
• Partner with region to establish new procedures.
• Drive closure of audit items and address risks

​Skills and Experience:

• Experience in financial processes and mechanisms, especially on revenue and cost controlling
• Experience in transportation business, whether parcel deliveries or ground freight
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in: Translating complex concepts and business requirements into easy-to-understand communication, Solving problems and making data driven decisions, Ability to write convincing narrative with strong logic in memo and presentation format.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (Up to 50% of working time).
