REQUIREMENTS

• Civil Engineer, PE and municipal engineering experience
• Business interest. You need to have a desire to run an office business segment.
• Mentoring capability.
• Financial and business acumen. You should have working knowledge of:
  • CDBG
  • ARPA
  • National Infrastructure Bill
• Clients first attitude. Keeping existing clients is more important than generating new ones.
• Can-do attitude. Are you good at problem solving?
