Title: Explorer Academy (Youth Programs) Director

Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support with planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating departmental programs, activities and events and providing individual guidance and referrals as needed for our Explorer Academy members (5-9 years old).

Work Environment

·Exposure to a variety of childhood and adult diseases and illnesses.
·Occasional exposure to a variety of weather conditions.

·Exposure to a building in which a variety of chemical substances are used for cleaning, instruction, and/or operation of equipment.
·Function in a workplace that can be noisy at times.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 11am to 7:00pm.Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Work may require local travel and may require occasional overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work.
