Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store employees.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing assistance and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure that all staff members are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, opening, and closing procedures.
- Implement sales management techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a high level of store security and ensure compliance with company policies.
Skills:
- Training development: Ability to create and deliver effective training programs for store employees.
- Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages to effectively communicate with diverse customer base.
- Sales: Strong selling skills to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and employees.
- Shift management: Ability to manage schedules and allocate resources effectively during different shifts.
- POS systems: Experience using point-of-sale systems for processing transactions accurately.
- Employee orientation: Knowledge of onboarding processes to ensure new employees are properly trained.
- Cash register operations: Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating cash registers.
- Sales management: Ability to implement strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Store management: Experience overseeing daily operations of a retail store.
