Overview:

Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate where you will engage with customers and provide exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Sell a variety of products to customers while providing outstanding service
- Organize and maintain merchandise displays to enhance the shopping experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process customer orders
- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos to showcase benefits
- Upsell additional items to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in fashion and home decor, is advantageous
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers professionally

Must be over 18 and have weekend availability

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 35 per week
