Madison Regional Health System is Hiring a Registered Dietitian Near Madison, SD

Madison Regional Health System is seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian with hospital setting experience to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission: Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home.

Our Registered Dietitian is an essential part of our Dietary team and is responsible for nutrition assessments, menu review, clinical dietary duties, diabetes education classes, certified lifestyle coach, etc. in accordance with facility policies. Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient information and the ability to relate professionally and positively with patients, families and other employees. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, great telephone etiquette, computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in pressure/stressful situations are essential. The Registered and Licensed Dietitian must have completed an approved program in Dietetics and/or institutional management with clinical experience, and they must have passed their registration examination and have current license in the State of South Dakota, and have kept their continuing education hours current and in good standing.

The Registered Dietitian will work Monday through Friday. The working conditions will be in a clean, well-lighted area, with long periods of standing, and frequent repetitive motion of the hands/wrists.

MRHS offers retention pay to individuals who have worked at the facility for greater than one year. Madison Regional Health System employees receive a discount at the on-site cafeteria.
