ASAP Head Custodian at Town Campus complex (comprising of Police Department, Town and School Offices, Pre-School building, Town Gym and Arts Barn) needed to keep the municipal / school buildings and grounds in such a state of operating excellence that they present no problems or interruptions to the educational program or events. The Head Custodian will organize, manage, delegate and supervise a large work team, both efficiently and effectively.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees custodians at respective site.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the custodial field. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• A minimum of 2 years responsibility for a school or complex of comparable size and complexity in the custodial field.
• Proficiency in computerized building management systems and other computer database systems.

Work Schedule: Full Year, 8 hours per day, subject to 24/7 on-call
Compensation: $29.26 / per hour
