COME JOIN OUR 120YR OLD, 5th GENERATION LANDMARK RESTAURANT. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DINING ROOM MANAGER TO LEAD IN MANY ASPECTS OF OUR BUSINESS.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO SCHEDULING, PROVIDING EXCELLENT GUEST SERVICES, OVERSIGHT OF OUR DINING ROOM, HIRING OF WAITSTAFF & THE ABILITY TO LEAD BY EXAMPLE ALONG WITH THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION TO STAFF.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE 3 YEARS OF WORKING IN A HANDS ON, FAST PACED, UPSCALE RESTAURANT. STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO PROVIDE DIRECTION.
EXPERIENCE WITH SCHEDULING, POS SYSTEMS, RESERVATIONS, KITCHEN EXPO & FESTIVALS DESIRED.
THE ABILITY TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE INCLUDING NIGHTS, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS IS A MUST.
WE OFFER A STRONG STARTING SALARY, ALONG WITH PAID TRAINING, PAID VACATION, EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS, AND EMPLOYEE MEALS.
