Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is actively seeking a skilled Inside Equipment Repair Mechanic for one of our esteemed clients in Seattle, WA. Our client, a full-service cleaning equipment store, has been providing solutions such as pressure washers, steam cleaning systems, and surface cleaners for over 75 years.

Job Title: Inside Equipment Repair Mechanic
Pay Rate: $25-$38 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM
Location: Seattle, WA

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Preferred knowledge of HVAC systems, gas engines, pumps, oil burners, or electrical systems.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Tools: Prefer candidates to own a set of tools including a rollaway/tool chest.
• Substance Policy: Must be drug and alcohol-free and able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Personal Qualities: Reliable, hardworking, productive, and a quick learner with effective communication skills.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid and clean Washington State driver's license.
• Work Environment: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Efficiency: Capable of working quickly and efficiently.

Desirable Experience:

• Previous mechanical experience in HVAC repair, engine repair, fabrication, welding, industrial equipment, or landscape equipment repair is highly regarded.
