Adventure Specialist

Are you an optimistic individual with a passion for adventure? Join our team as an Adventure Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in customer service and driving sales.

Pay: $18-$24 hourly and competitive commission structure

Responsibilities:

• Phone Sales & Customer Service
• Tour guide scheduling and coordination
• Podium & online conversations
• Phone sales weekly summary report - Podium, KPIs
• Review the Adventure Assistant commission sheet and give feedback
• Outbound sales
• Understand fleet, self-guided experiences, private tours, group tours
• Understand Tour Guide preferences, strengths, weaknesses
• Manage and understand the list of customer FAQs
• Manage shared resources and transfer requests
• Quickly and efficiently handle all customer phone calls
• Forecast bookings and machines needed
• Follow up with after-hours messages and phone calls
• Performance reviews
• Approve refunds and early damage hold release

Qualifications:

• Previous sales and customer service experience.
• Optimistic attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for adventure and the tourism industry.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable form of transportation
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
