Responsibilities
- Monitor and document check-ins and check-outs from installers schedules
- Provide an excellent customer care experience and contact customers daily throughout installation process to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls upon completion of each install
- Document correspondence from customers, installers and field leadership
- Solicit referrals and schedule for in-home estimate appointments - make bonuses!
Qualifications
- High energy, persuasive and pleasant demeanor
- Great attention to detail and versatility
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Lists and Planner
